Parc Naturel Régional du Gâtinais Français
With an area of 63,560 hectares, the Regional Natural Park of Gâtinais Francés extends over two departments in the Ile-de-France region: Essonne and Seine and Marne. This territory, called the country of a thousand clearings, is located between the forest massifs of Fontainebleau and Rambouillet, and is characterized by the diversity of its landscapes, in which forests and jungles alternate, valleys and waterways, clearings and agricultural plains, rocky moles and stoneware villages.
