Las Batuecas
Located in the south of the province of Salamanca and with an extension of 30,183 ha belonging to 14 municipalities, the Natural Park is part of the western foothills of the Cordillera Central. Its highest levels are located at the Pico Hastiala (1,735 m) and on the crest of the Peña de Francia, which with its 1,723 m dominates the whole of the region, finding the lowest altitude in the municipality of Sotoserrano, on the shores of the Alagón river, over 400 meters.
