Parque Nacional del Teide
Teide National Park is the highest area of the island of Tenerife (in the Canary Islands) and Spain. Declared on January 22, 1954 as a National Park, is the largest and oldest of the national parks of the Canary Islands and the third oldest in Spain. This park was incribed in the list of "Bienes Naturales Patrimonio Mundial (Unesco)" in july 2007, and since that year it is also considered one of the 12 Treasures of Spain. In this natural Park you can find Mount Teide is a volcano and its summit at 3,718m is the highest point in Spain and the highest volcano above sea level in the Atlantic Ocean. Google Maps
