
Parc Naturel Régional de la Corse
The Corsica Regional Natural Park covers an area of 350,510 hectares, equivalent to 40% of the island, and covers the two departments of Corsica: Southern Corsica and Upper Corsica. It protects the forests and mountainous massifs of the central part of the island and some well-known sites such as the Bavella pass, the altitude lakes, the Scandola nature reserve or the Restonica gorges.
